3Payments & Refunds
3.1 Fees & Billing
Course fees and service charges are displayed on our website and are subject to applicable taxes. Full payment must be completed prior to accessing course materials unless a written payment plan has been agreed upon.
3.2 Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment. No refunds will be issued once course materials have been accessed or downloaded. Refunds for software development projects are governed by the individual project agreement.
3.3 Billing Disputes
Any billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge. We will review disputes in good faith and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. Charges not disputed within 30 days are considered final.
4Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, code samples, documentation, logos, trademarks, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Photonexes Technologies and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Limited License: Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access course materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.
- Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
- User Content: By submitting projects or content on our platform, you grant us a royalty-free license to use such content for educational demonstration purposes.
5User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services responsibly. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using our platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws
- Distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful software

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Photonexes Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Photonexes Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
7Termination
7.1 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or if we discontinue a service.
7.2 Termination by You
You may stop using our services at any time. To close your account, please contact us at contact@photonexes.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to use course materials is immediately revoked. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall remain in full effect.
8Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.
